Making a complaint.
In the event that you feel you have a complaint to make about Witness service or any of it members here is what to do:
First step you should contact the manager of the witness service to which court you attended:
If you are un- happy after this you contact our regional office on 0845 241 241 0.
If you still feel that your matter has not been resolved you may contact our national office on:
